Prerequisites:

1. All candidates must be able to prove that they are legally eligible to work in the United States.
2. All candidates must be proficient in verbal and written English.
3. All candidates must have at least two (2) years experience working in a fine home in the position for which they are applying (some exceptions apply, contact your nearest office to find out if your experience qualifies for an exception).
4. All candidates must be pursuing long term career opportunities (2+ years) in private service (unless responding to a specific short term opportunity posted on our site, see current openings).

Instructions:

1. Prepare. The online application must be completed in a single session, meaning you cannot save your work and return to complete it at a later date.
2. Be sure to have the following information available before starting:
   • Contact information, including address, phone number, and email address.
   • Work authorization, including document numbers and expiration dates for non-citizens
   • Drivers license and social security number
   • Employment history, including previous employers, their address and contact information, supervisor contact information, dates, title, salary.
   • Education history
   • Attachments, including letters of recommendation, credentials, a personal statement, and photo (optional). Note: documents not available in electronic format may be faxed to the office after you have been contacted regarding your application.
   • Nannies: professional nanny candidates are required to complete an additional document containing short answer questions and a personal essay. You will be provided this Nanny Addendum if you are selected for an interview.
