Must be ready at 8AM for breakfast when there is company and be willing to cook lunch/dinner. They do go out frequently to dine. Cook for staff and doggies. Other staff members are very helpful and have been with family a long time. Chef must shop, stock pantry, keep kitchen clean, set table with an artistic eye. Need to be a nice person and flexible. A cottage is provided in Southhampton and top notch accomodations in NYC. Position is for summer through the first day of the second week in September.
