The Lindquist Process

Our Process: Thorough and Time-Tested
The Lindquist Group can find qualified help for nearly any domestic employment need. Our job counselors understand how to identify and place the most qualified and capable person to fit your requirements.

Here’s how it works:

  • Tell us your requirements.  Complete the online registration form or contact one of our offices to place a job order. This initial information will indicate the type of position you wish to fill, the qualifications you expect and the compensation you expect to pay.
  • We identify the best prospects. The Lindquist Group first completes a confidential work order describing your specific needs. Next, we’ll compare your requirements with the experience and interests of our applicants to find a compatible match.
  • Select your employee. We will send you resumes of qualified candidates who have already undergone our extensive screening process. We will also coordinate interviews with the candidates you choose.
  • Final investigation. Once you have selected an employee and he or she has accepted the position, we will conduct a thorough background investigation. To avoid any conflict of interest, The Lindquist Group works with an independent company to conduct this background check.

When a potential candidate from The Lindquist Group arrives at your door, you can be assured this individual is highly credentialed in domestic experience and has been carefully screened. You can also be confident that the candidate is a legal resident of the U.S. The Lindquist Group staff is exclusively trained in immigration law, specifically in the identification of legitimate paperwork and credentials.

To recruit applicants The Lindquist Group strategically places advertisements and reviews referrals endorsed by other clients and applicants. After completing a thorough questionnaire, each applicant is interviewed by one of our job counselors.

We require the following from each applicant to The Lindquist Group:

  • Proof of citizenship or evidence that the candidate may legally work in the United States. We will not place illegal residents.
  • References in the domestic field. We verify each reference by telephone, then request written confirmation from that reference. If an applicant receives a negative or unfavorable reference, we will share it with you.
  • At least two years of recent domestic experience for a live-out position or one year of experience for a live-in position.
  • Fluency in English.
  • A background investigation. An independent firm runs a Department of Motor Vehicles check as well as a criminal background check on every applicant who accepts a position.
