Our Process
  • If you meet the requirements to be a Lindquist Nanny, please download our nanny application and email it back to one of our offices.
  • Once the application is received, a placement counselor will contact you to conduct a telephone interview and review your application. We will also check your references through telephone conversations with your previous employers.
  • After your application process is complete, the placement counselor will discuss current open positions with you and will send your information to positions you are interested in.
  • The counselor will arrange all phone and in-person interviews.
  • The search process can average anywhere from two weeks to months. Many families like to interview several candidates before making a decision, but others will hire the first person they meet if it is a good match.
