Tips for working with an agency
- Make sure your application is complete and spell checked. We send out your application (minus your personal information) to clients, and having a well-prepared packet shows parents that you are detail-oriented.
- Prepare a personal resume to send to the agency and bring to interviews.
- Dress appropriately, both when meeting with an agency and when meeting potential families.
- We understand that the interviewing process can be both time-consuming and frustrating, but make sure to keep in regular contact with the agency so we know your search status. Sending a quick email once a week is a great way to do this.
- Keep in touch after you have been placed by us. We love hearing from our nannies, and we are here as a support for any questions you might have.
