- Minimum of two years of recent Nanny experience*
- High school diploma or GED required, college degree a plus
- Valid US driver’s license with a good driving record
- Ability to make at least a one-year commitment
- Non-smoker
- Must be legally able to work in the United States
* Exceptions: We offer two exemptions from the standard Nanny experience requirements, as follows. Please note, however, that candidates considered based on one of the following exceptions often appeal to fewer clients than our typical full time professional Nanny candidates.
- Minimum of five years of recent full time teaching or child development experience
- College degree in an area related to Education or Child Development with excellent recent childcare references
